This class, led by Tori Drake, will focus on combining the Bible with mental health coping skills. We will explore how faith-based principles can complement psychological strategies for managing stress, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges. The goal is to help participants build resilience, find emotional healing, and strengthen their spiritual and mental well-being. This group will meet on Sundays, every two weeks, beginning on Sept. 14 from 7-8:30 p.m. in room 208 at the church.
